TINTON FALLS, NJ, March 26, 2019–World Insurance Associates LLC, an independent insurance agency headquartered in Tinton Falls, NJ, acquired Financial Planning Concepts of America, Inc. of Staten Island, NY on February 1, 2019.

Financial Planning Concepts (FPC), founded in 1990, is an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm headquartered in Staten Island. As a fiduciary advisory firm, they commit to a special relationship of trust, confidence, and legal responsibility to put their clients’ best interests first.
