ISELIN, N.J. - World Insurance Associates LLC ("World"), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired the business of TE Freuler of Somerset, NJ, on June 1, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TE Freuler has been providing commercial and personal insurance to customers since 1963. They have offices in Somerset and Newark, NJ.

Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to World on the transaction. Satin and Lee Law P.C. provided legal counsel, and Centurian Group advised TE Freuler on the transaction. No other advisors, diligence firms, or legal counsel were disclosed.
