TINTON FALLS, NJ, November 12, 2020- World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired Danaher-Skewes & Associates, Inc. (“Danaher-Skewes”) of Manassas, VA on November 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1963, Danaher-Skewes is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Virginia, serving residents and businesses in Alexandria, VA, Manassas, VA, Fredericksburg, VA, and surrounding areas. Danaher-Skewes helps its clients make smart decisions, protecting them from the unexpected and planning for the predictable. The firm has built its business creating innovative solutions for all risk management challenges.
