USTA Eastern, Inc. Announces Four-Year Sponsor Partnership with World Insurance Associates LLC

White Plains, N.Y., June 18, 2018 – USTA Eastern, Inc. announced today a four-year partnership with World Insurance Associates LLC, an independent insurance agency headquartered in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Through this partnership agreement, World Insurance will be designated as the official club insurance and organization insurance provider of USTA Eastern and will serve as an official sponsor of all USTA Eastern events.

As a USTA Eastern sponsor, World Insurance’s logo will be prominently featured on USTA.com/Eastern and World Insurance will be featured at the annual USTA Eastern Tennis Conference scheduled for January 25-27, 2019 in White Plains, NY, where Tom Fontana, Principal and Senior Vice President at World Insurance, will present as part of the conference’s specialized Business Development track and will be available as a consultant resource, offering free audits and price quotes on a host of club owner-specific insurance needs.  World Insurance will also be offering USTA Eastern member organizations more competitive rates for a variety of its insurance products.  Fontana works with 30 tennis clubs in the New York Metropolitan area and specializes in tennis providers’ unique liability needs, such an insuring air structures (bubbles), non-owned and hired auto coverage, discrimination and sexual harassment, as well as niche areas including coverage for tennis camps, clinics and leagues. The partnership is part of USTA Eastern’s ongoing commitment to provide added value to its member organizations throughout the section.

USTA Eastern and its member organizations will have the benefit of working with Tom Fontana, who is also Owner and Director of Tennis at Park Avenue Tennis Center in Ocean Township, New Jersey, and has many years of experience in playing tennis as well as tennis club management. A top nationally-ranked junior player, Fontana was selected to play for the US Junior Davis Cup Team.  After college, Fontana continued on to the Men’s' Professional Tour reaching an ATP tour ranking in the top 300, while facing off against many world-renowned players including Andre Agassi, Patrick McEnroe, Leif Shiras, and Paul Annacone.  Fontana has also coached many top juniors, including Jersey's Justin Gimelstob, and other local ATP players.
