Christine is charged with developing and executing strategies that drive process improvement and client satisfaction across the employee benefits program spectrum. For more than 20 years, she has been leading client initiatives in strategy development, plan design, new program implementation, and financial and renewal management, that drive improved employee satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining World, Christine held operational leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson Midwest, Willis, and Hilb Rogel & Hobbs. She holds an M.A. in Human Resources/Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. in Business Administration and Communications from Carroll University.
Josh focuses on growing and strengthening World’s market relationships and partnering with carriers to develop new and innovative solutions that benefit our joint clients. He has more than 20 years of experience optimizing client benefit programs in niche markets and building placement and analytics tools and processes that lead to improved program outcomes.
Prior to joining World, Josh held employee benefits leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, Aetna, and Willis. He holds a B.S. in Insurance and Risk Management from Indiana State University.
Jay is responsible for helping World’s clients keep their benefit plans within the boundaries of all applicable laws and regulations while simultaneously enhancing the employee experience and plan results. With more than 30 years of experience as a tax attorney specializing in employee benefits programs, Jay has successfully integrated technical expertise with creative and practical solutions in the design, administration, and compliance of health and welfare benefits programs.
Prior to World, Jay held legal and compliance executive leadership roles at Lockton, Aon, Willis Towers Watson North America, and MetLife. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University. He also holds a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation.
Dawn spearheads the development and implementation of robust communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee wellness, mitigating benefit costs, and empowering employees with the necessary knowledge to make informed benefit selections.
With over 25 years of experience, she has been at the forefront of innovating communication tools and resources tailored to assist employers in educating their employees, enhancing user experiences, and fostering increased employee engagement, ultimately resulting in optimized benefits program outcomes.
Prior to World, Dawn held communications roles at New York Life, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Aetna, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an M.A. in Communications and a B.A. in Visual Communications from the University of Hartford.
As Director of Population Health Management, Georgette brings clients strategic health and wellness solutions that empower their employees to improve their health. She assesses data and collaborates with clients to determine the right solutions, vendor tools, resources, and communications to engage with their employees and help drive down costs. She monitors the impact of solutions, adjusting when needed.
With nearly 20 years of experience in Corporate Wellness, Georgette is a highly respected consultant, thought leader, and advocate for workplace well-being. She specializes in designing and executing impactful wellness programs for organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-sized businesses, fostering a culture of sustainable health and engagement. Her expertise spans multiple industries, where she has successfully guided corporate clients in implementing strategic, results-driven wellness initiatives. An innovative leader in her field, Georgette holds certifications as a Master Trainer for the CDC’s Work@Health program, an Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and a Health & Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has also contributed to national wellness initiatives, most recently serving on the advisory board for the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program, Healm.
A seasoned account manager, consultant, people manager and underwriter, Kevin combines his expertise in creative thinking and budget management with his deep knowledge of the underwriting methodology used at each carrier to negotiate on the client’s behalf. After years of consulting for some of the region’s largest self-funded organizations, he has learned that the best solution on paper may not be the best fit in reality, and his strengths lie in taking data-driven recommendations and tailoring them to fit the real-life needs of each unique client.
