Position Summary

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented; able to interact with varying levels of employees; can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Review book of business

·       Personal Lines knowledge required

·       Run reports to identify areas of opportunity; moving accounts to other markets to maximize revenue on existing book of business

·       Communicate and work closely with Account Executives to understand client needs

·       Attend and participate in book review meetings

·       Attend and participate in carrier meetings

·       Assist with Hartford & Chubb consolidation efforts and future consolidation efforts

·       Responsible for weekly revenue reporting

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry

·       Understanding Personal Lines accounts and servicing

·       Strong statistical and analytical skills

·       Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

·       Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.

·       Self-motivated and driven. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.

·       Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.

·       The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.

·       Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
