TINTON FALLS, NJ, October 1, 2019- World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired KPB Insurance Services, Inc. of Warminster, Pennsylvania on September 1, 2019. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1982, KPB Insurance Services provides insurance and financial solutions to individuals, families, and businesses in Eastern Pennsylvania. The Agency is committed to building a solid relationship with its clients through practical solutions and excellent service.
